Stella Kabagenyi is a Senior Aeronautical Information Management Officer with over eight years of experience in the aviation industry. Her expertise lies in ensuring the accuracy, safety, and timely flow of aeronautical data to support efficient and reliable air navigation services in accordance with international standards.
She currently serves as the Publicity Secretary of the Uganda Aeronautical Information Services Officers’ Association (UGAISOA), where she leads communication initiatives that foster collaboration, professional development, and knowledge sharing among aviation professionals.
Stella is deeply passionate about advancing aeronautical information management and is committed to contributing to the continuous improvement of Uganda’s aviation sector through innovation, professionalism, and excellence.
