Walter Acedo is a Senior Aeronautical Information Management Officer and serves as a Professional Committee Member of the Uganda Aeronautical Information Services Officers’ Association (UGAISOA). He is proud to contribute to the development of Uganda’s aviation industry by ensuring the timely and accurate provision of aeronautical information, thereby supporting the safe, efficient, and economical operation of flights within the Ugandan airspace.
As a dedicated member of UGAISOA, Walter is committed to initiating and supporting professional initiatives that advance the AIM department and align with the latest ICAO standards and recommended practices, enhancing the quality and reliability of AIS services.
He finds great fulfillment in his role and is passionate about positioning UGAISOA on the international stage, showcasing Uganda’s growing excellence in aeronautical information management.
