Ndyanabangi Justin is a results-oriented professional with a strong foundation in civil engineering and over eight years of experience in the aviation sector, specializing in Aeronautical Information Services (AIS). Since 2017, he has applied his expertise to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of aviation publications with international standards. His civil engineering background provides him with a unique perspective on complex aviation infrastructure, complementing his technical proficiency in AIS operations.
Since 2024, Justin has served as the General Secretary of the Uganda Aeronautical Information Services Officers’ Association (UGAISOA), where he plays a key role in promoting professional development and strengthening industry connections among AIS officers.
He is highly motivated by opportunities to learn, innovate, and apply creative solutions to real-world challenges, continually striving to enhance operational safety, efficiency, and excellence within Uganda’s aviation industry.
